To this end, they are considered strategic: the involvement of employees in company objectives and process efficiency, support for internal processes with management solutions able to provide real-time all the relevant management data with the implementation and maintenance of a system of management according to the ISO 9001 standard, PCam SA intends to codify its organizational and process know-how so as to make it shared within the organization itself, verifiable by audit activity, measurable through a system of indicators, oriented towards coherent improvement with the contingent conditions of the reference market. The general objectives outlined above are pursued through the definition of performance targets of the main processes, the planning of detailed objectives and actions to improve the management system. This planning is guaranteed by the Directorate of PCam SA at least once a year as a result of the periodic review of the system.
